Summer 2017: A weekend in Galicia

We went to Galicia, an Atlantic green land that breaks with the sterotypical images most foreigners have from Spain. We visited a region that has a strong Celtic heritage, carved on its geography, culture, music, legends and sensitivity… Here are some pictures:

We walked around the streets of Santiago de Compostela, the rose stone, the destination of millions of pilgrims that, from the Middle Ages, walked the map of Europe to arrive here. We also attend a cooking class in which we had the opportunity of preparing some of the most famous dishes of Galician gastronomy.
